The terms and conditions for our Wheafree social media contest:

• CONTEST PERIOD:
  This contest will commence from 00:01 a.m. on 28th Feb 2023 and end at 5:00 p.m. on 25th Mar 2023. Any entry before or after this time period will not be considered.
• We reserve our rights to cancel/modify/extend the Contest Period or the T&Cs applicable to it without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
• Participation in this contest is voluntary. You will agree that, if you chose to participate in this contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
• To participate in the contest, the participants must take a selfie with any Wheafree product and post it on our Facebook and/or Instagram accounts, tagging with @Wheafree.
• The Wheafree product/logo should be clearly visible in the selfie to be eligible for the contest.
• Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must feature a different Wheafree product.
• The contest is open to all residents of India.
• Winners will be selected through a random draw from the eligible entries.
• The winners will be notified via their social media accounts and must claim their prizes within a specified time frame.
• The discount coupons won by the winners can only be redeemed on the official Wheafree website and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Wheafree reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the contest.
• Wheafree reserves the right to use the selfies submitted by the participants for promotional purposes.
• The contest is subject to change, and Wheafree reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the contest at any time.
• By participating in the Wheafree social media contest, participants agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.

• If any material is submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, videos and/or film footage and/or audio recording are taken of the Participants, the same are assigned to Chierz Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. upon submission and become the property of Chierz Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. exclusively. Chierz Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. may use the material in any medium in any manner it deems fit. Intellectual Property in any such material remains the sole property of Chierz Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. All rights, title and interest regarding the Contest related photographs, videos, ingredients and recipe material or any information in connection with the entry submitted by the Participants shall vest solely and exclusively with Chierz Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. at all times, and shall be entitled to use in the promotional material(s) marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
• PRIZES: Each of the 10 winners will be awarded a Wheafree Gift Voucher ranging from Rs. 200/- to Rs. 500/- each that can be used to purchase our products from our website.
  Note: The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be exchanged for cash.
• All entries will be carefully screened by our judging panel and the eligible ones will be selected for the draw. The decision of our CEO Mr. H.P.S. Lamba will be considered final.
