Inside Wheafree’s dedicated gluten free facility, our team works hard to ensure that the things run smoothly and make high quality gluten free products. Our facility is equipped with its own milling machines, mixers, ovens, fryers and packing machines. Thanks to our employees, who work diligently to get you the gluten free products you love.
Quality Testing of Wheafree Products
1. Certificate of Analysis from suppliers/vendors of additives, ingredients and other food related items are taken for products to be gluten free.
2. Wheat/Barley segregation machine installed to remove wheat/barley and other unwanted substances to avoid cross contamination.
3. With the latest and most advanced ELISA Plate Reader of BIOO make of USA installed in our lab, we check every incoming raw material, additives, ingredients and finished products with RIDA SCREEN gluten testing kit from Germany up to 3ppm.
4. Validation of our Lab results done by sending samples to NABL Labs outside.
