Wheafree Gluten Free Corn Flour (200g)
Wheafree Corn Flour is a gluten free finely powdered white starch which is extracted from maize kernels. Our Corn Flour is so finely milled that it is naturally smoother than your ordinary flour that it will greater results when used in all your cooking and will take your recipes one level higher. Wheafree Corn Flour is a perfect thickening agent and is widely used in Indo-Chinese cuisine. With our Corn Flour you can easily thicken foods such as soups, sauces, gravies and pie filling. Mix Wheafree Corn Flour with water to form a perfect batter and you can use it to have a crisp crust when used as a coating for fried foods.
Directions to use:
Add 15 grams of Wheafree Corn flour in 250ml of base/liquid. Stir slowly to avoid any lumps. Add the smooth paste to recipe.
Remember: For thickening, add small qty. of super fine Wheafree Corn flour in water in room temperature so that it blends with liquid properly. Add to the dish and boil it for few minutes stirring constantly.
