You can get “boondi’ for ‘raita’ from the local shops, both fresh and dried ones. This one is special. It is very tasty and gets soft on making the raita. Tastes perfect. On top of that, it is Gluten Free. Safe for those having Celiac (Gluten Intolerance) like me. I enjoy eating and have had no reaction. It is certified gluten free. A big boon.
